Strength coaching in Kensington for adults over 45
Not sure where to begin, or how to start again? I’m Roland Feizo, a strength and healthspan coach. I test first, then build the plan around you.
Training that fits your week
My personal training is built from your results. Most weeks we train two or three times, an hour each. You choose where. That can be a gym near you, Holland Park, your home, or online by Zoom or FaceTime.
Test, plan, retest
We don’t guess. We test. The Full 360 looks at mobility, balance, cardio, strength, power and lifestyle. It takes 1 hour 20 minutes, one to one. I explain each result in plain English, then write your plan from what it shows. After a block, we retest and look at what has moved.
If you’d like a first look, the free 360 Lite is a six-area check you can do at home in about 15 minutes. It’s a coaching guide, not a medical test.
Food and massage, if you want them
Food matters too. I hold a diploma in optimum sport nutrition, so I can recommend what to eat. I don’t prescribe. Clare, who works alongside me, offers mobile massage and other treatments.
Who it suits
Adults over 45 in Kensington and nearby who want steady, sensible strength work. You might be new to training, or you might have trained for years and want a plan with more thought behind it.
About me
Training clients since 2003. My diplomas are in personal training, sports massage therapy and rehabilitation, and optimum sport nutrition. I’m fully qualified and fully insured.
Questions
Can we train online?
Yes. We can use Zoom or FaceTime. Tell me what you have at home and we’ll work from that.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. We start where you are, and build slowly.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?
I can’t diagnose or treat. If you have a heart condition, new symptoms or an injury, check with your GP first. Then I’m happy to talk through what’s sensible.
What if I have an old injury or an ache?
Tell me before we start. If it’s new or you’re unsure, check with your GP first. I’ll plan around what you tell me.
How many sessions a week?
Usually two or three, an hour each, to suit your diary.
Ask me for my price guide when you enquire.
