Strength coaching in Battersea for adults over 45
I’m Roland Feizo, a strength and healthspan coach in Battersea. Healthspan means the years you live well, and strength is a big part of it. We don’t guess. We test.
How it works
- We test. The Full 360 looks at mobility, balance, cardio, strength, power and lifestyle. It takes 1 hour 20 minutes, one to one, in person, at Stars Gym in Battersea or at any gym that suits you.
- I build your plan from the results. Not from a template. I explain each result in plain English first.
- We test again. You see what has changed, and we decide what comes next.
Where we train in Battersea
Most of my clients are in Battersea and Chelsea, and we train at Stars Gym, in Battersea Park, at home or online. If another gym or park is closer to you, we can use that instead. You choose what’s easiest to keep up. My personal training is built from your results.
Clare, who works alongside me, offers mobile massage if you’d like it too.
Who it suits
Adults over 45 who live or work in or near Battersea. You might be starting for the first time, coming back after a long break, or wanting a plan that fits you better than the one you have. Sessions are usually two or three a week, an hour each, to suit your diary.
I’m a strength coach, not a doctor. If you have a heart condition, new symptoms or an injury, check with your GP first.
About me
Training clients since 2003. I hold diplomas in personal training, sports massage therapy and rehabilitation, and optimum sport nutrition. I’m fully qualified and fully insured.
Questions
Do I have to train at Stars Gym?
No. It’s one option. If you do train there, you come in with me, so you don’t need your own membership. We can also train in Battersea Park, at home, online, or at another gym or park near you.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. We begin where you are, and build slowly.
What’s the difference between the free 360 Lite and the Full 360?
The Lite is a six-area check you do yourself at home, in about 15 minutes. The Full 360 is the same six areas, tested one to one, in person.
What if I have an old injury or an ache?
Tell me before we start. If it’s new or you’re unsure, check with your GP first. I’ll plan around what you tell me.
How many sessions a week?
Usually two or three, an hour each, to suit your diary.
