Strength coaching in Chelsea for adults over 45

Before we train, I’d like to know where you stand. We don’t guess. We test.

Start at home, if you like

The free 360 Lite is a six-area check you do yourself, in about 15 minutes. You need a chair, a wall and a timer. You see your results straight away, and you don’t have to send them to me.

What the Full 360 shows

When you want the full picture, I test you one to one, in person. It takes 1 hour 20 minutes, in a gym that suits you. Six areas:

  • Mobility: how freely you move in everyday positions.
  • Balance: how steady you are on your feet.
  • Cardio: your engine, and how quickly you settle after effort.
  • Strength: pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying.
  • Power: moving quickly, like stairs or getting up off the floor.
  • Lifestyle: food, sleep and how active you are in a normal week.

Then the training

Your plan comes from those results. My personal training is built from your results. We usually train two or three times a week, an hour each, to suit your diary. After a block, we test again so you can see what has changed.

Where we train

Most of my Chelsea clients train at home. Many have a training area in their own place, so there’s nothing to travel to. If you’d prefer, we can train at a gym near you, in a park (I train clients at Eel Brook Common, nearby), or online by Zoom or FaceTime.

If you’d like a massage as well, Clare, who works alongside me, offers mobile massage.

About me

I’m Roland Feizo, a strength and healthspan coach. Healthspan means the years you live well. Training clients since 2003. I hold diplomas in personal training, sports massage therapy and rehabilitation, and optimum sport nutrition. I’m fully qualified and fully insured.

Questions

How do I get started?

Take the free 360 Lite, or send me an enquiry. I reply myself.

Do I need to join a gym?

No. Most of my Chelsea clients train at home, in their own space. We can also use a gym near you, a park such as Eel Brook Common nearby, or train online. Tell me what’s easiest for you.

Is the 360 a medical test?

No. It’s a coaching guide and doesn’t diagnose anything. If you have a heart condition, new symptoms or an injury, check with your GP first.

What if I have an old injury or an ache?

Tell me before we start. If it’s new or you’re unsure, check with your GP first. I’ll plan around what you tell me.

How many sessions a week?

Usually two or three, an hour each, to suit your diary.

Ask me for my price guide when you enquire.
