If you’re looking for the benefits of personal training, but at a fraction of the cost then our group training sessions are for you!


Our short duration, high intensity interval tranining (HIIT) creates prolonged after burn or EPOC (excess post oxygen consumption). What that means is it causes the body to take longer to return to its state of rest so it continues to burn calories (5x or more) at a higher rate long after our work out session has finished.
