Bear knows that, for me, fitness is not just working out. At Roland Fitness, my hand-picked team and I offer a bespoke, whole-body transformation. The world of fitness has moved on. ‘Exercise’ is not enough. Nor is the gym. If busy people are to cope with 21st-century stresses, they must combine training with nutrition and well-being. This is our approach at Roland Fitness.
